MEET THE TEAM
At Ground Floor Home Inspection we truly believe in family. Our inspection reports are prepared with the safety of you and your family first and foremost. We also take very seriously your investment, and making sure we add value to your investment by providing you a detailed, quality home inspection report. Our inspectors believe in raising the standards of the industry, to disrupt the status quo. This is done by being part of a bigger team that protects, educates and is driven to excellence, so as to offer high quality home inspections.
We also take certification and education very seriously. Our inspectors must first be trained and earn certification with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). In addition, they must pass the National Home Inspector Examination and complete annual continuing education (primarily through ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors). None of these are requirements in the state of Colorado; however, they are requirements of Ground Floor Home Inspection.
